Terms of Use

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• The founder of a studio decides who joins it and what role they have.
• You must be 18 or older and entitled to use the information you put into TraceTech.

Your studio's information

Your studio owns what it puts into TraceTech. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy or for deletion at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not use TraceTech to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not try to reach another studio's information, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits.
• Only share a Google Drive folder, email or WhatsApp content with TraceTech that you are entitled to share.

Automated answers

TraceTech uses AI to answer questions and draft report text from your own information. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before relying on it or sending it to a client — TraceTechnever sends anything to a client by itself.

The service

• TraceTech is offered as it is during the pilot. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We may change features, and will give notice before removing something your studio relies on.
• Some features depend on other services, such as WhatsApp and Google Drive, whose own terms also apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your studio paid us in the three months before it arose.

Ending use

You can stop using TraceTech at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. When a studio closes, its information is deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

Law and contact
